Trowell House of Georgia, Inc. invites individuals and emerging leaders to apply for our prestigious Internship Program. Designed to offer real-world, on-the-job nonprofit experience (OJT), this internship immerses participants in meaningful, community-driven work while building essential professional skills under the mentorship of seasoned executives.

Internship Goals

Provide hands-on nonprofit training
Cultivate future candidates for our future Resource Advocacy Coordinator (RAC) Apprenticeship
Deliver skill-building workshops on business operations, entrepreneurship, and public service
Support organizational growth across five Trowell Houses: Mammoth, Eagle, Stallion, Lion, and Stingray

Program Structure

Duration: Continuous
Hours: Flexible, 10–20 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (Albany, GA + Remote)

Core Activities

Administrative and client service support
Community outreach and intake assistance
Participation in workshops led by Trowell House executives
Contributions to marketing, and operations

Eligibility Requirements

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from college/university
Demonstrated interest in nonprofit leadership, business, or community work
